At QUIQ, we are committed to providing a quality service. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our official reseller and merchant of record.
Free Trial
QUIQ offers a free plan with no time limit. We encourage you to test our service before subscribing to a paid plan. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions where a free trial was available and not used.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not significantly used the paid features. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@quiqmenu.com with your account email address, payment date, and reason for your request. We process all requests within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: setup fees, partially used subscriptions beyond the 14-day window, purchases made during promotions or special offers, and fees related to violations of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account will remain active until that date and no pro-rata refund will be issued.
Payments via Lemon Squeezy
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (https://lemonsqueezy.com), our official reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for managing refunds in accordance with their own policy. For unresolved disputes, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly.
